For belts that need a strong, weather-resistant splice — especially in cold operating environments — a two-component cold adhesive isn’t always the right tool. HUAYE-1201 is a hot-melt granule adhesive: melt it in a heated pot, apply it to the splice, and get a bond built to handle continuous industrial loads down to -30°C.
It’s compatible with EP, NN, and steel cord rubber conveyor belts — but not intended for PU or PVC belts, so confirming belt type before use matters.

How It’s Applied
HUAYE-1201 is melted using an electric heating pot before application — not an induction cooker, and not an open flame. Once melted, it’s applied to the splice area and allowed to load for 30 minutes at 25°C before the belt returns to operation.
The granule format means no on-site mixing of components — load the pot, heat, and apply.
