How to Apply HUAYE-818

  1. Mix the HUAYE-818 main agent thoroughly with the 868 curing agent (Component B).
  2. Apply 3 coats of the mixed adhesive evenly onto the dry, clean joint surface.
  3. Allow the solvent to evaporate until the film feels tacky but not wet — an IR lamp can be used to speed this up.
  4. Align the joint front-to-back, ensuring accurate positioning before pressing.
  5. Press the joint with a rubber mallet, working from center to edges in 2–3 passes to expel trapped air.
  6. Rest the joint for 20 minutes before returning the belt to operation.
